SPILL! is a web application that helps users discover cafés in Bratislava through random selection. The platform offers a paid "Featured Spot" service that allows café owners to purchase a promoted position in the "Recommended Spills" section on the homepage.

3. Pricing & Payment

Featured Spot pricing:

• Day Pass — 5€ (24 hours)
• Week Pass — 25€ (7 days)
• Month Pass — 79€ (30 days)

All prices are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. We accept credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

4. Featured Placement & Waitlist

A maximum of 8 cafés can be featured simultaneously. If all spots are taken at the time of purchase, your café will be placed on a waitlist and automatically activated when a spot becomes available.

Your featured duration begins when your café is activated, not at the time of purchase. Waitlist position is determined on a first-come, first-served basis.

5. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Active featured spots: Refund available within 24 hours of activation if your café has been displayed for less than 2 hours.
• Waitlisted purchases: Full refund available at any time before activation.
• Once your café has been actively displayed for more than 24 hours, the purchase is non-refundable.

6. User Content & Responsibility

Café information displayed on SPILL! is sourced from Google Places and user submissions. We do not guarantee the accuracy of opening hours, addresses, or other details. Users should verify information directly with the café.

7. Intellectual Property

The SPILL! name, logo, and web application design are the property of arrielrogand s.r.o. Café photos are sourced from Google Places API and remain the property of their respective owners.

8. Limitation of Liability

SPILL! is provided "as is" without warranties. arrielrogand s.r.o. is not liable for any damages arising from the use of the service, including but not limited to loss of revenue, inaccurate café information, or service interruptions.

9. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy for details on how we collect, use, and protect your data.

10. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts of the Slovak Republic.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
